Have a question about the process? Here are the ones we hear most often. Still not sure? Just reach out — we're happy to help.

Not at all. You're welcome to purchase product from us and use your own contractor — or install it yourself. We'll make sure you have everything you need including spec sheets, accurate quantities, and guidance on subfloor prep requirements. If you need a referral, we're happy to point you toward trusted contractors in the area.
The fastest way is to fill out our contact form and upload a photo of your space along with the room dimensions, project type, and your timeline at (574) 383-5378. You can also stop by the showroom, fill out our contact form, or email haley@moserssurfaces.com. We typically follow up same day or next business day.
Scheduling varies by season and project size. We recommend reaching out as early as possible — especially for larger projects or custom showers — to lock in your preferred dates. Contact us and we'll give you a realistic timeline upfront so there are no surprises.
We'll walk you through everything before the job starts. Generally, furniture should be cleared from the work area, and hard flooring products should acclimate in the space for 24–48 hours beforehand. Ryan will give you a specific prep checklist for your project type so you know exactly what to expect.
Yes. Proper subfloor prep is critical to a long-lasting install. Ryan assesses the subfloor as part of every job and handles leveling, patching, or underlayment as needed. Any subfloor work is discussed and priced upfront — no surprises on installation day.
Ryan installs LVP, laminate, hardwood, engineered hardwood, porcelain and ceramic tile (floors and walls), custom showers, backsplashes, and outdoor porcelain deck and dock systems. If you have a specific project in mind, just reach out and we'll let you know if it's a fit.
